Return Policy
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale items and personalized/customized products are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Visit HatShopWorld.com and log into your account to start the return process.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and note your preference in the return request.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
